So, I was finally able to make my custom colony ships work.  I made 3 of them, one with a toxic processor, one with a gravity generator, and one with a radiation shield.  These are obviously made for the types of planets that need them.  However, when I colonized a toxic planet with my toxic processor colony ship, I see that the building is on the planet, but it did not convert the toxic planet to a barren one.  Help!

Yep, same thing happened with a colony ship with a built in planetary gravity generator, it didn't fix the gravity.

So...  I built the colony ship with the radiation shield, and when it colonized it shows the radiation shield on the planet, but it still shows that it is radiated and it still won't let me farm.  Weird....

It might be that the planet gets fixed once you build it. However if it's already built when you start it never trigger the "built effect" that probably happen the moment it gets built.
