There is a blank spot on my research tree between Private Funding and Galactic Trading.  Anyone know what is supposed to be in there and how I can unlock Galactic Trading with out it?

I may attempt to find the list and edit the files...if it is possible  ANYHOOO if anyone has a clue to to resolve this Id love to hear from you
